Unclaimed jekyll issues

Several per-post filters receive only the value being filtered, not the post it came from, so you can't customize output per post. The affected filters are: jekyll_export_meta (jekyll-exporter.php:280) jekyll_export_terms (L318) jekyll_export_markdown and jekyll_export_content…

option(key) indexes into site.config["optional_front_matter"] without checking its type (lib/jekyll-optional-front-matter/generator.rb:79-81). So optional_front_matter: true, an easy thing to write when trying to turn the plugin on, crashes the build with undefined method '[]'…

The "Good" example in the README (README.md:38) is {% include_cached shirt.html size=medium color=red %}. Include parameters without quotes are variable lookups, so this passes the undefined variables medium and red, and the include renders Buy our shirt in !. The "Bad" example's…

Markdown allows link titles in single quotes ([foo](bar.md 'Title')), and #60 meant to support them, but the second alternative in TITLE_REGEX starts with a double quote and ends with a single quote (lib/jekyll-relative-links/generator.rb:14). So [foo](bar.md 'Title') and [ref]:…
